This page outlines all service terms, design conditions, and expectations for working with Horticulture Specialists. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
This agreement applies to design clients, on-site service clients, and consulting clients.
📌 Design Services (2D Layouts)

All design work is billed at a flat rate unless otherwise discussed in writing.

The base design package includes one layout image, a plant list with sizes and pricing, and up to two revisions.

Additional charges apply for complex projects, excessive revisions, multiple zones, or poor-quality photos.

Clients must submit clear landscape-oriented photos, measurements, and notes before work begins.

We do not offer 3D, hardscape, or structural plans — design is limited to plant layout only.

No refunds or store credit are given for design work once submitted.
📌 On-Site Horticulture Services

Includes light planting, pruning, removals, bed cleanup, and layout guidance.

We do not perform full-scale landscape jobs, mulch installs, or hardscape work.

Services are billed per project or day-rate depending on scope and will be quoted in advance.

Final pricing may vary slightly based on time, materials used, or changes requested during the job.

All work is final once completed. No refunds, guarantees, or replacements are offered unless written otherwise.
📌 Installations (Where Offered)

We only plant material that we provide or approve. No installs using unknown or unverified material.

Clients are responsible for watering, monitoring, and maintaining all installed plants after completion.

We do not guarantee survival of any material unless part of a special written agreement.

Any warranty or care-related discussions must be clearly outlined in writing before installation.

No refunds are issued for installed material under any circumstance.
📌 Payments and Deposits

Payment must be made in full before any design is delivered or installation scheduled.

For planting services, a minimum deposit may be required at time of booking.

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

Clients are responsible for reviewing quotes carefully before submitting payment.
📌 Photo Usage

Any photos taken during design, install, or consultation may be used for marketing or portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Clients who prefer privacy must notify us before the start of the job.
📌 Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to communicate clearly, provide accurate information, and respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.

It is your responsibility to ensure your space is accessible, safe, and ready for service or evaluation.

We do not work around hazards, restricted access zones, or unclear instructions.
📌 Disclaimer
We provide expert horticultural advice, services, and design support based on experience and best practices. However, due to the variable nature of soil, climate, care, and installation methods, we make no guarantee of outcome unless stated in a signed service contract.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not adhere to these terms or who misrepresents project details.
