How Our Estimates Are Structured and What They Include
We provide simple, transparent estimates based on real-time labor, materials, and scope. Whether you're receiving a quote for planting, pruning, cleanup, or a design service, our pricing is built to be clear and easy to understand. There are no hidden fees, no bundled extras, and no forced add-ons. If you receive a quote from Horticulture Specialists, this is how it is built.
Estimates are based on the project type, the amount of work requested, and access to the site or project area. We do not use standard flat-rate packages. Every job is reviewed and quoted based on actual time and tools needed.
📌 Estimates May Include the Following:
-
Labor charges, calculated by task and time involved
-
Planting charges, only for jobs where approved plant material is installed
-
Pruning time, with specialty work priced separately if needed
-
Cleanup or removal, including basic debris gathering or cutting back
-
Design time, if a custom 2D layout is included in the scope
-
Site consultation fee, if we performed an in-person walkthrough
Each estimate will clearly list each task, how it is priced, and the total expected cost. If the scope is flexible, ranges may be provided to give you clarity before committing.
All pricing is reviewed line by line with the client before any work begins. We do not auto-bill or lock you into anything without your approval.
📌 What to Know Before You Accept an Estimate:
-
All pricing is valid for a limited time and may change based on plant availability or seasonal scheduling
-
Estimates must be approved and paid in full before scheduling
-
Add-on requests made after approval may increase total cost
-
Projects involving unclear scope may require a secondary visit or adjustment
-
There are no refunds once work is scheduled or design is completed
We will never overcharge or sneak in upsells. If it is not listed, it is not included. Our job is to give you clean, professional horticultural support, priced fairly and delivered as agreed.
